CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) may revoke their contractual declaration within fourteen days without giving reasons by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form available here, which is not mandatory.

The period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods or, in the case of a subscription, the first goods. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal in time.

Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the referral norms of Austrian and European private international law. If the customer is a consumer in the sense of the consumer protection regulations at the customer's place of business, the applicable mandatory consumer protection regulations in this respect remain unaffected.
